Prem Ganga met OSHO, Zen master, at a very young age. At 17 years old, he started
running various meditation related activities in his hometown in Kenya. Prem Ganga
has been contributing and working in the world of OSHO and in the marketplace as
an Architect and designer, for over 40 years. He is highly skilled in running and
facilitating meditations and meditative events combining both body and mind.
Using unique and creative approach for self-experiencing through various
modalities rooted in ancient wisdoms, his sharing invites the experience of
meditation to happen.<\/p>

As OSHO describes below:
Meditation creates the catalytic agent, a totally silent mind, a totally relaxed body<\/strong><\/em>
with no tension, a totally empty heart with no moods, no feelings, no sentiments, no<\/strong><\/em>
emotions and then simply WAIT in this silence, serenity, just wait and out of<\/strong><\/em>
nowhere something explodes in you yes an explosion of light, of love of tremendous<\/strong><\/em>
bliss which remains with you forever. OSHO<\/strong><\/p>

Art of Emotions:<\/span>
Creativity is the essence energy that is released from a meditative presence.
At the heart of the process is to harness its expression with Art and Movement in all
states of being \u2013 including Emotions. ART of EMOTIONS is one such process where
the participant actively engages with emotional energy and moves it consciously
through creative expression and movement.<\/p>

As OSHO shares:<\/span>
\u201cAnd energy is certainly delight. Once you know the secret of delight, you will enjoy
every emotion; and every emotion arising in you is a great opportunity.\u201d<\/p>

The Way of the Sufi<\/span>
Sufis are Mystics who believe in divine love and follow the way of the heart, and
whirling is a way we connect to this space. In this experience we will explore the
beauty of whirling, music, poetry, and celebration.<\/p>

Whirling is the comfort of the people whose spirit is are alive. Only the one who is
the spirit of the spirit knows this.
O Lover of God, when you start whirling you leave the two worlds.
This world of whirling is out of the two worlds.
The ceiling of the seventh heaven is at considerable height. But the ladder of
