Osho’s approach to traditional therapy is that it cannot be the ultimate solution to human problems, but can only be used as a tool to help prepare the ground for meditation.
Based on this understanding, he scientifically created the “Meditative Therapies,” a series of processes that give participants the opportunity to dissolve their tensions and repressions that prevent them from sitting in silence and observing the mind that created the problems in the first place.
Unique, simple, and effective, these meditative processes involve minimal interaction between participants, but the group energy helps each individual go deeper into their own process. A “Therapist” is not needed, but only a facilitator who has gone through the process and been trained to conduct it.
