INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:

Japanese Face Massage sessions
Kobido means “old way of beauty” in Japanese. This traditional facial massage tones the entire face through pressure, vibration, percussion, and tapping. It rejuvenates the skin, reducing the effects of the aging process. With a regular routine, this massage visibly improves the appearance of skin, reduces eye bags, and leaves you with a fully relaxed mind. Beyond its skin boosting benefits, Japanese facial massage relaxes deeply body and mind as well.

Deep Tissue Face massage sessions

Deep Tissue Facial Massage is more than just a massage — it’s a subtle form of body-oriented therapy. As the facial muscles release their chronic tension, long-held emotions may also gently surface. The results are not just visible, but deeply felt:
— The face softens and smooths
— Blood circulation improves
— The “mask” melts away
— And you look — and feel — years younger.
This is a session of presence, release, and return — to your natural, radiant self.

DURING THE FESTIVAL SHE WILL PRESENT

A taster of OSHO Meditative Therapy “Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind”
It is a beautiful, very relaxing guided process to come closer and become friends with Yourself, to start loving and accepting Yourself. (visit link)
“The body is the most complex mechanism in existence – it is simply marvelous. And blessed are those who marvel.” Osho

A taster of OSHO Mystic Rose meditative therapy
When we allow all our un-laughed laughter, our un-cried tears, and our un-lived silence to be experienced, we can allow whatever is in the unconscious to flow freely and be lived now – and be resolved forever.

Osho created this powerful meditative therapy saying, ‘”I have invented many meditations, but perhaps this will be the most essential and fundamental one … it is the first major breakthrough since Vipassana 25 centuries ago. If the whole world can learn to cry and weep again then there would not be any wars” (visit link)

A taster of Self-Hypnosis for meditation
Using Self-Hypnosis can turn your mind into a friend who supports a life of meditation. If you feel the longing to move from problem to awareness, from catharsis to inner silence, from worries to a sense of wonder, Self-Hypnosis can be of great help. You will learn a practical tool for your daily life, helping you to connect with your inner silence whenever you want. Once your mind experiences the value of meditation it will cooperate, helping you to recognize and enjoy the mysteries of life.

Bio

My journey into meditation began with a great desire for change in my life. In 2014, when I visited the world’s largest meditation centre—the OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India—I felt that my life was shifting. After that experience, my life path moved from the fields of business and management into a new direction.

Meditation opened a path that led to personal awakening. On my journey of self kwoledge and meditation, I’ve learned from many and diverse sources and all of it I apply in my work therapy. In addition to OSHO meditation techniques and OSHO Meditative Therapies, I also offer clinical hypnosis sessions and self-hypnosis, and I’ve spent years researching the release of suppressed unconcious emotions.

In 2014, I founded an Osho Meditation Centre in Estonia with my mother and sister, and for the past seven years, I’ve been offering international training for meditation facilitators. To date, I’ve trained around 250 Osho Active Meditations facilitators in Estonia.

I also offer sessions and training in Kobido Japanese facial massage. All Asian techniques are connected to energy, not just physical touch. This intrigued and inspired me to begin practicing.
