Garimo was born and educated in the Netherlands and the UK, and started her work in the field of humanistic
psychology at Quaesitor Human Growth Center in London.
She was a founder director of the Netherlands Gestalt Institute and of Center, the first human growth institute in the Netherlands.
Out of this work with psychology and self-development she then discovered Osho and meditation as the next logical step.
Since then she hasn’t looked back and has been visiting and contributing at the OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India, over many decades.
Besides applying the Osho approach to living, meditating, working and growing in her own life,
Garimo has been closely involved with the development of one of the largest institutes in the world for personal growth, the OSHO Multiversity in Pune, India.
Her special loves these days are OSHO meditation and meditation in daily life; life skills;
work-life balancing; inner male-female balancing; inner male-female balancing; and body-mind balancing.
Garimo has developed trainings in the field of work-as-meditation (Inner Skills for Work & Life)
which are an integral part of the Meditation Resort’s well-known “Work-as-Meditation” Living In Program.
She has conducted OSHO Meditation intensives and Awareness Intensives,
offers meditation counselling, and teaches OSHO Meditation trainings.
During the Festival she will share her life long experience on this field and will offer an experiential Demo of the self-love and healing process: “OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind”
